The founder, Fatih Işık, holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Galatasaray University (the most reputable and only francophone university in Turkey). His master’s thesis entitled “Authority to Enter into Arbitration Agreements and Applicable Law to this Authority in International Commercial Arbitration” was published as a book in 2015. In addition to his book, he contributed to symposium and panel books with his articles and authored around forty articles published on online platforms.
